Hickory Smoked Ribs
Choose from either our full or half tray. Our full tray is six racks of slow-smoked St. Louis ribs with our hickory bbq sauce. (feeds approx. 15-20 ppl.) Our half tray is three racks of our slow-smoked St. Louis style ribs covered in our hickory bbq sauce. (feeds approx. 6-12 ppl.) Each rack has approximately 12 bones. All racks are cut down to individual ribs unless otherwise requested.
