Southern Farm Catering - Stuffed Smoked Pigs
30lb. / 35lb. / 40lb. Market Price
Southern Farm Catering pigs are deboned, stuffed with seasoned pork roast, and slow smoked for 12 hours. They come in 30lb., 35lb., or 40lb. sizes with homemade
pork gravy on the side.

If the pig is the only protein at your event, we estimate about 1 pound of meat per person.
If there will be other proteins at your event, we estimate about 1/2 pound of meat per person.

If you need larger than a 40 pound pig, we suggest:
1. Ordering extra trays of pork with gravy
2. Ordering more than one pig
